Planned Independent Itineraries: Athens offers a bewildering choice for visitors.  Athenian Days specializes in devising personalised programmes for groups of usually not more than four that reflect our clients' individual interests, whether they be Classical antiquities, folk art, traditional music and cuisine, Byzantine architecture or something more esoteric.  We design programmes that clients follow at their own pace in and around Athens, a service of particular value to short-stay visitors with neither the time nor inclination for commercial tours and to those who prefer a personalised approach to understanding the unique cultural heritage of Athens. 

In consultation with our clients and with their travel agents, if desired, we design a detailed personalised programme which we dispatch to the client before departure.  We then arrange an orientation meeting at the clients' hotel in Athens, where we explain the practical details involved in carrying out the programme, before escorting the clients to the starting point of the programme.

Individual Escorted Cultural Visits: For groups of not normally more than four, we will plan your itinerary in and around Athens in close consultation with you.  Then, on your arrival in Athens, we will meet you at your hotel, give you an orientation meeting and will then accompany you throughout your visit, ensuring that you reach your destination.  We will introduce and background on the spot the attractions and activities that you have chosen to visit and will be on hand to answer your questions.
